I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time at the 15 Walnut Road CVS Pharmacy. It took forever to be acknowledged by one of the pharmacists, even though there was no line and they seemed to be just standing around.
When I finally received some attention, I was handed around before anyone would listen to my question. I finally got to ask one about the presence of a common ingredient in their allergy medicine, and her response was one sentence: "The boxes have 800 numbers on them for a reason." And then she went back to standing around. Yikes!
There are plenty of other CVS locations on the North Shore, and I recommend you go to them instead, like I'll be doing from now on!
