To start with, the front desk lady was a complete mess. Extremely unprofessional and just naturally rude and mean, she made me have a horrible time since the moment I stepped in. I had an appointment at 7:30 and left the place at 8:45 (only went in for a quick regular manicure). The person who did my nails was nice (but didn't do a great job with the nail polish, I think I can personally do just as well or even better). And to make my experience even more tragically funny, I had to venmo them because their credit card system was broken. Never going back here again, would never recommend to anyone.
