Asia One looks small from the outside but has plenty of seating without being crowded. The staff are friendly, the plating is beautiful and the food is tasty. I got the chirashi and everything was delicious. The salmon was so soft and the eel the most tender and flavorful I've ever had. I will definitely be returning soon!
Update: Upon returning I recieved awful service. We were served one entree before the appetizer or the second entree. I sat and watched my food get cold while the staff ignored us even through there was only one other party in the restaurant. When the server finally came over she had the audacity to ask if we were "all set" when we were clearly waiting for the majority of our food and that what was there was uneaten. On top of this the chicken tempura that we ordered came with only TWO pieces of chicken which were so small and skinny they looked like chicken fries. It was supplemented with plenty of veggie tempura but when you order CHICKEN tempura you expect to at least get a decent amount of chicken. What we got wouldn't suffice as an appetizer let alone an entree.
My final takeaway from this is that while I would recommend this place for sushi if you're dining alone, but I cannot recommend it for anything else.
