Great prices here! Pretty much unbeatable compared to other grocery stores. The food follows European standards so you won't find as much food with artificial flavors/colors. They do offer a few common American brands that may have those things in it though.
Come prepared with your own bags because they don't have free plastic bags. Bring a quarter too because they have a system of collateral where you insert a quarter to unlock a cart then you get your quarter back if you return the cart. Bear in mind that this place isn't Wegmans where everything looks perfect; they sacrifice all the bells and whistles in order to cut costs, and as a result you get incredible prices. Other ways they cut costs is by having you bag your own groceries (they do have a cashier) and they aren't open for as many hours and they don't offer the variety of a large grocery store but they have most of what you would need day to day.
Overall I highly recommend this place as your grocery bill will easily be cut by 30%. Well worth the sacrifice of a few unneeded luxuries. The only negative is that you can't always do a full trip here since they don't offer everything, but they have enough to make up the majority of your list.
