Macy's

This place is a disaster. For at least a decade the coffee has tased funny. I can't explain it as in 10 years I assume they have swapped every filter imaginable. The employees are always fantastic. In 10 years though they have yet to produce a cup of coffee that is drinkable. There's two other locations within a few miles, so I really don't understand the disconnect. It's just disgusting. Want to reiterate that the employees have been nothing but great. No hard feelings. It's just a disaster.

There is nothing about Macy's that I don't like. High quality merchandise...with incredible sales and markdowns.
