Poor customer service!

If there was an option to give this location half a star they wouldn't even get that. The "employees" here provide LESS than mediocre service. I've called numerous times throughout the day and each time the phone just kept ringing. When I went in to the location It wasn't until 10 minutes of standing at the counter till they even acknowledged that I was there. When they did acknowledge me all I received for a response was "what". The Federal Government needs to do away with USPS A.S.A.P!
