Wanted to switch from my main office in Brookline to dr Wehbe's. Janet (store manager) was very rude to me for trying to reschedule my appointment to different day. I've called office twice, day before closing (no one picked up the phone) and very next day early afternoon 4 hours before my appointment. She practically called me "bad customer" and told me that she would not reschedule but will cancel my appointment and hung up the phone. Oh and did I've mentioned that I wanted to bring my daughter to this place? What was I thinking?!
Thank you Dr. Wehbe. I am so happy I went to his office. 5 star experience and I would highly recommend it. I feel great and his staff was very friendly & accommodating. The environment is super professional and they care about their patients!!!
