Great job by Ed Shuman. Responded promptly to my email request to repair a 1910 era double hung broken window pane and ropes. Came the morning of the next day, left with window and came back the same morning to install with new ropes. Brought his own vacuum cleaner to clean up. When you hire Ed you are getting his years of window repair expertise. Will use again.
