We were set on selling our condo on our own because the market in Jamaica Plain was so hot and figured the condo would sell itself in one day. We seriously researched all that was involved in listing it ourselves to save money. However, a two months before we were set to list it, our next door neighbor used Arborview Realty and we attended the open house. The open house had an agent on every floor (townhouse) and was run like a well oiled machine. After seeing how his team worked and the fact that our neighbor received multiple offers and got over asking, we decided to hire Christian Iantosca and his team to sell our condo in March 2017. Christian developed a beautiful brochure, developed a web page and had three agents work our open house. He had an open house Thursday through Sunday. Needless to say, our place sold and having Christian and his team be the ones to handle all of the tasks associated with selling a condo was a blessing. We didn't recognize how much time and effort it would have been to do it all ourselves and appreciate Christian for making the process effortless for us. Moving and packing is stressful enough, and Christian and his team took care of everything for us. I would highly recommend Christian and his team for anyone looking to sell their home/condo.
