When they ask you to opt out of their "programs," they conveniently forget to mention that by declining, they'll stick you with a $25 service charge every time you drive on an unmanned toll road. Read your rental agreement carefully and don't get scammed like I did. I spent hours going back and forth between Advantage customer service and the Highway Toll Agency and neither was able to explain to me how I could sort out these charges. I finally got a hold of Voice of the Customer, who were more helpful but no less rude. Stay far away from Advantage. Pay a little more to go with a company who won't try to swindle you.
