"I'm not gonna lie, I dreamt about that food last night."
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. From beginning to end, everything was fantastic. Dan and Sylvia are incredibly talented chefs.. just the food would have been enough to write a glowing review. But on top of it, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating in the planning process, and honestly just so much fun to have as part of our celebration. The perfect mix of "we are taking care of everything, go mingle" and "we will be lovely to every single one of your guests, even when they are talking to us while we are trying to create amazing food". They brought one assistant, Carole, to pass food and drinks for my party of ~30 people, and she was just fantastic. She made everyone feel immediately comfortable the moment they walked through the door, which I hadn't expected. This team goes above and beyond - they are amazingly talented, sincere, and exceeded every one of my expectations. If you are considering Above the Clouds for an event, don't hesitate. I will absolutely use them again.
