I have know the owners of this store for a long time and have found them very knowledgeable and honest about everything I have brought or had fixed there. The pieces of jewelry I have bought have been beautiful and worth every dollar I spent on them. Not sure what happen with the last review, but everyone has a bad day every now and then, and that can go both ways. With that being said, I am not sure the business would still be in business since the late 70's if they had this attitude all the time. In my experience with both members of the family, I have only seen them very friendly and willing to help.
