Office is inept. Twice tried to give my child a flu vaccine even though he had an allergy to one of the components of the vaccine, and the information was clearly stated on the front of the chart. Overcharged for services rendered (charged twice in an unethical manner) to my insurance. The business office was rude when I brought it to their attention. I gave up and decided to switch practices. Dr. Seman is a wonderful pediatrician, but the people he is surrounded by are not of the same caliber.
