Don't trust in what they tell you. I was looking at a 280K home, and willing to offer at 275K. I was ridiculed and told that there is no way they would go down in price. I left my name and said if they change their mind I'll offer at 270K with conventional loan. She scoffed at me, etc. Then sold the house in the next week for 255K. This happens allot, but this one in particular stuck with me for her lack of calling back, and basically making the owners allot less money on the sale. 20K less. Great Job, pass on this company.
