Mike V was the best! He made us feel at home and comfortable and the purchase was so uncomplicated! We’ve been to the “other” furniture stores but this place is the best. The store manager checked in and introduced himself but no one was pushy! Great place. Great people. I felt like family here and that’s everything

Great staff. The sales rep Denise was more than willing to walk through the entire store with us and answer any questions that we had with no hesitation. Although this could easily feel like hovering and car salesmen like pressure tactics. Manager Jeff was very friendly and attentive. The finance ladies were pleasant and polite, and helped us step by step. My only warning to folks is to keep an eye on the bait and switch. Denise was fairly new but spoke with such confidence that if we hadn't double checked we would have missed that the numbers she gave us for cost were not only incorrect (she gave us a much lower number than the final tally) but also missing pieces of equipment needed for the furniture!
