Jeff broke off part of my emergency brake during a routine rear rotor replacement and decided on his own to remove the rest of it and hand it to me in a box. Never asked for my permission, never even called me about it. WHO DOES THAT?? Then he informs me that he doesn't have time to fix it because he's late for his other job, apparently as a firefighter in a different town. He was informed that we were taking a road trip, and that's why I wanted to have my rear brakes checked. I can't believe I walked out of there with my car taken apart and I hate to say it, but I think he took advantage of me because I'm a woman. He acted like he was doing me a favor, and let me go on my road trip with a car that wouldn't even pass inspection. Completely ridiculous. I was going to let it go and just clearly never give him my business again, but something more needs to be done to right this injustice. I'll be following up with Jeff, Precision, the BBB, and my lawyer.
Jeff's one of the best. They get your car in & done in great time.
