They have always been excellent to me since I started going here in ~2010. Through scheduling, pediatrics (as a patient), their lab, the nurses, and now adult medicine (as well as the more specialized services at the Chicopee location); I have yet to be disappointed. Many times I've had them fit me in where there have been cancellations and throughout all processes they are eager to answer any questions they are able to.
