The services are a thousand times better than the Geek Squad. They actually provided an alternate software fix for my computer that they would do for free. they come to my office to fix two laptops . One needed a new hard drive and had a lot of damage from a bad fall. The other wouldn't turn on because I unplugged the power source while cleaning the fan, and couldn't figure out to plug it back in. They were extremely friendly and understanding. Normally they charge $90 for basic repairs, but because the second laptop's fix was so simple, and because we had brought in two laptops, they fixed it for $75. The first laptop was more expensive, obviously. The price of the new hard drive and the repair cost about $300. Both our laptops work fine now, and we got them back within two hours.
