This is my favorite place to workout! A great environment with something new each time you go! I went from not being able to do a single push up to being able to keep doing push ups over and over. Instructors are friendly and push you past what you think is your limit. Other members quickly become your friends and best work out buddies! Take it from someone that hated working out... this is the place to try if you want to get in shape and feel good about yourself! There's always something new. And always the time to improve!!!
