I have been a good, low-maintenance customer for 12 years always buying top-shelf product, yet each time I walk in, the folks look at me like I just pooped in their cheerios. No eye contact, no greeting, no smiles, no offers of assistance. I barely get a grunted, forced and completely insincere 'thanks' upon completing the transaction. I won't be returning.
