I have a rental property that really needed a new roof because I had put if off for a year. I wanted to keep the existing shingles on the building and just paste a new roof on top. Worcester roofing walked me through the implications of what that would mean long term and so I paid more to pull the old roof off and do the job properly. Because I plan to have this property for the long term it was the right decision. Glad this contractor could explain to me the benefits of doing it correctly so I could make the right decision. They also finished the job early which made me happy!
