The building is outdated and parking is poorly managed. When you try to leave at the end of the day, if you don't leave early or late be prepared to sit and wait to get out of the parking lot for at least 5-10 minutes. Also watch out for the parking "police." Towards the end of the day large portions of the parking lot open up, but if you try to park in any of those spaces they'll harass you and eventually tow. 100% human greed for spots going completely unused. They would rather you have to park at the end of the entire lot and walk in the dark alone. I'm fine with it, but you leave a lot of women very fearful for their safety.
