"WARNING DO NOT COME HERE" Started off good, had to make a small adjustment to the job being done. The response from them was aggressive and ended up arguing. Was far from a professional business.they have me multiple pricing just kept changing every other conversation lol Then from there just went downwards that I was forced to have the police force them to release the bike. In which they over charged me for work on the bike out of spite. Also did work I didnt give permission to do and painted my gas tank and looks very bad... and A lot more... after finally getting my bike out of the shop and home it looked worse than when I dropped it off... they didnt return the key and accessories I purchased for 2 days so wasn't even able to start my bike. Was forced to have my wife get my things. After getting home and starting the bike I hear a loud clank in the engine... weird out of no where engine does that right lol now at another shop to hear the bad news. He will probably make up some lies he seems like a habitual liar in my opinion I warn you" DO NOT COME HERE" there are plenty of trust worthy shops.
Fantastic experience dealing with Windmill Cycles! Since I was located in Texas I was a little nervous buying from a dealer out of state. The experience was BETTER than working with local dealers here in Texas. Bike was delivered at my doorstep and was exactly as described. Mike was quick to respond to all questions and even texted photos of bike as it was being loaded onto truck for delivery. Would highly recommend Windmill Cycles!
