They sent a subcontractor out who took advantage of my situation and grossly overcharged me. When confronted with the fact that their contractor ripped me off, they defended the contractor while admitting that they didn't even bother to investigate the details of the job itself (like which equipment was actually installed) after receiving my complaint. Lacks integrity.
