I must agree this center is very clean and people are very pleasant. That stops right there.
We have enrolled our 9 month old baby to this center after our nanny fail to show up.
1. We got tuition after we had enrolled which was 600$ more than non Boston area centers.
2 . We got code and other number few days later and no one showed us how to use . I figured it out on my own. Numbers for the door entrance and 3 weeks later that letter to check your child in into computer after watching other perents entering something into computer. Still don't know how to do it.
3. My baby has very well establish nap/sleeping schedule that they were not able to keep up with after 3 weeks. He was just sleeping all day at random times" when he would get tired" . Each time for 30 - 40 min. Or not sleeping at all. He would be so tired at the end of the day, so all he would do at home is cry, not eat and not be able to sleep.
4. They don't have continuity of care every time I would come to the room there will be different people. When I look at his day sheet there will be new or different person for every hour. That is not good for infant they need to see same person every or at list only 3-4 people that would care for him/her to develop healthy attachments and trust.
5. He never had diaper rush. They asked me for diaper rush cream, I said he does not need one. Well now he does . He comes back home with red bottom and old not well cleaned diaper area. No wonder, so many people there so no body cares.
This is what I been told by director " demand is so high one child go, next one fill the spase, it does not metter if he stays or goes.
