I've been training here for 2 years and it has been the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a gym. Dave is a fantastic individual and the gym has EVERYTHING you need. One section with dumb bells that go up to 160 along with three squat racks. Areas you can deadlift. There's also a more casual-section with lighter weights and machines (quieter). Tanning room, massage therapist, and freshly made protein shakes. No contracts, reasonable prices.
