Waltham Floor Covering

It's a well established business, and a well organized store. The problem is the attitude and customer service approach. They declined to install sheet vinyl flooring in my bathroom, although I agreed to pay extra for thin plywood underlayment, and accepted their limited warranty. They seem to be too busy to deal with small installations, especially if there are some challenges in older homes. Full review on Yelp.
