Tiffany, one of the sales people inside this store refused to serve me muttering a lot under her breath about things, I had approached her while she was touching the things on the shelve and making them straight and I let her know that I came there to take a passport photo. She told me to wait, then after 20 minutes she went by me towards the back of the photo area saying ' I'm going to get someone to take your photo', After another twenty minutes I got out my phone and started working on the yelp app and I made sure she saw it, this was why she came and said come I'll take your photo, then I let her know that I thought she couldn't take photos that's why she went to get someone else and she said I'm sorry, she then pretended to take my photo and after 15 more minutes she saw another staff member passing by and she said ' this staff will take your photo '. And Tiffany just got away with wasting my time, putting me in front of a white wall and pretending to take actual photo, only to leave me in the hands of another staff and saying ' I gotta go '. This thing happened on Friday, the 23rd of December 2016 around 5 am in the morning, there was no line, there weren't many customers around, If there was a zero I'll give it to this woman, because when I approached another staff in there to request for the supervisor I was advised that Tiffany was a supervisor, what a shame.
