Vital Cycle

I have been going to Vital since they opened. I have been to many cycle studios and I can honestly say that Vital ranks the highest for the following reasons. The best work out as there is a monitor on the bike and shows what you are doing and after a workout, you get an email about your stats. You can set yourself up for your personal best at every class as you know exactly how you are doing and not estimating your work out. A nice added feature is their online system sets you up with your own personal profile . The teachers are absolutely amazing and they coach you to give it your all. When you get there your bike is all set up for you and during class the teachers come around and check on you and make sure you have plenty of water I am a clean freak about studios and this studio is hands down the cleanest spin studio around. They wash the floors after every class and a double wipe down of the bikes as well. Bikes are constantly getting monitored for their effectiveness. The owners are there to help you out with anything. Lastely I went there not knowing anyone. However that all changed pretty fast because everyone there is so friendly. The price is beyond reasonable and I am just so pleased to have found Vital Cycle
