A great experience overall! Jim is very fair and reasonable, and he truly seems honest. I felt that he took my desires seriously and wasnt out to play games. I gave four stars because the hours listed on the website did not seem to be the actual hours the dealer is open, which did cause me a bit of inconvenience, although that is partly due to the fact I live an hour away Definitely call before visiting and set up an appointment!
