This is a no muss, no fuss Verizon Store. Staff are knowledgeable, patient and willing to work with you until you feel confident you've made the right choice. I worked with Alex today who took the time to go over our billing and make suggestions that will definitely save us money every month. My new phone is so much more than I thought I was getting and I know when I go back with the twenty questions I didn't have while I was in the store, anyone of the staff will be willing to spend the time needed to answer or demonstrate what I need to know. Thanks for a great experience doing one of my least favorite things to do -- phone shop!
