I had a very frustrating experience here. The sales associate was helpful. But when they went to process the order their tablet crashed. The sales associate and manager then went into the back room to complete the order. They kept me waiting for approximately 45 minutes. Finally I had to find another sales associate and tell them to cancel the order because I had to be somewhere else and couldn't wait around. They not only did not cancel the order but they eliminated my phone number on the existing phone I had. So I couldn't make calls or send texts. I had to go through verizon online to correct the mess. When I went online the associate said the store never cancelled my order! So they not only provided poor customer service but they recorded the sale as if I had taken the new phone.
