after reading these few reviews, I feel something should be said to defend all the dedicated and conscientuous employees who do work at the VA and who seriously care for veteran's well being. I have survived cancer, open heart surgery and the scars from Vietnam thanks to these dedicated employees. I can state that not employees at the VA surf facebook and just cash their checks!!!!!!!!!!
