The UPS Store

This store is awful. I went in there with 4 large boxes and 2 overnight deliveries, over $200 of delivery charges. I have a UPS printer and placed delivery labels on all packages. I did not have one overnight envelop and the store charges you $1.00 for each one. You can call UPS and they will deliver hundreds for free. I got into a beef with the clerk about charging for a free envelop. One of large boxes, each of which had been weighed and scanned by the clerk before I left, ended up being delivered to the wrong address and to where the overnight envelop was going. It took me a full day to straighten this out. I really do not understand a business model which intends to infuriate your customers by nickel and diming them. Avoid this store.
