Despite the unpleasant reviews, I have to say that not all the sales associates here are unfriendly. During my visits here, I've always been impressed by how great Norma is in helping me pick out the best shipping solution for the price and my time frame in mind. She has consistently been knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional. Shout out to Norma for being awesome :)
