Went to this location on 12 Aug 2014 8:20pm.
I am a regular Ulta customer but for the first time i received the worst of the worst customer service experience anywhere. The women at the counter was not only racist but also extremely rude. She kept of chewing her gum which talk in the annoying voice of her on top of showing attitude.
Thing which really upset me was that she was looking and talking to me and my wife in a whole different tone compared to other folks and mumbling words behind our back. Awwful awwful customer service standard adopted by this particular locaiton management.
