Reserved a truck online days in advance. Came in to pick it up at 8AM as reserved and was told that they moved me to 4:15PM because their system overbooked. And I'd have to drop it off the very next day at 10AM.
No voice mail, nothing. Entire weekend ruined and not even sure what to do yet
