There should be a law against what this company does to their customers! This is without a doubt the WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! After paying my premiums faithfully, on time I was denied coverage REPEATEDLY by my Doctor and pharmacy! I called multiple time, each time I was assured that the problem was corrected, and it was NOT! At what point does this become criminal? They are taking my premium payment but giving no insurance. Yes, I have my bank statements showing the payments, and yes they acknowledge I have been paying my premium, Tufts just don't seem to be able to authorize even a basic prescription or annual physical! Go anywhere else but this company. If I could rate them NEGATIVE stars if I could. Up your Tufts! I hope you get investigated and shut down for the sham you are running one your customers. I bet your CEO gets a BIG FAT bonus for screwing all of us over!
