My young niece who is 19 years old and just had a baby bought a car off my father. She went in with a suspension question and they gave her a quote of 1538.57, telling her all four strut assemblies had to be replaced. Being a new mom, she did not have that money and asked my husband to look at it. 1 rear strut was gone, hes replacing both just to be safe. The kicker being my father had the fronts struts done just prior to selling her the car, they were less than a year old and still had the stickers on them if you bothered to look. She will get her car back at a fraction of the cost and our family will no longer be doing business with you. Thanks for illustrating a good learning lesson for her though.
