ZERO customer service. I've left five phone messages over a four week period and sent a detailed email with photo evidence to the address listed on their website and they simply cannot be bothered to respond. I purchased 25 yards of mulch, spread it at my home and it looked great when I went to bed (the first picture). It rained that night and I woke up to the second picture (all of the brown dye washed away). The only evidence that it was ever brown was left in a small puddle in my driveway (the third picture) where you can see all of the dye that was once on the mulch. If you want to purchase product from someone who not only doesn't back their product but also doesn't have the common decency to respond in any form... this is the place for you. I on the other hand will never give them another penny and nor should you.
Edit: Instead of posting three photos it posted the same photo three times. Fortunately it is the important photo where you can see the dark brown pine mulch I paid for under the bushes (protected from the rain) and the exposed mulch which was completely washed clean of all dye. It looks terrible.
