The staff at the rental office was very service oriented and pleasant. And my concerns about the rental property was answered promptly but nothing could be done during my stay. The rental manager described the property as old world charm. Unfortunately, the property itself was not well maintained. This property was in the perfect location across from the water but was not well kept. The old world charm is great but holes in the wall, dirty walls, wall outlets not working, shower floors worn and stained, window locks broken, air condition window units so loud you were unable to sleep and home just plain old worn and not updated. For the amount of money spent you would expect a higher level well maintained home. On a positive note because of the condition of the house I was unable to eat in that home during my stay and I lost 5 lbs during my week's stay. Put some effort in your property and you would have a wonderful rental.
