On our first trip we found a perfect backsplash, however they were out of stock so we couldn't take a sample, not even the display piece. 90 minutes and $5.40 in tolls wasted. So we placed an order for a sample and they said they'd call in a week when it arrived.
Weeks pass and they haven't called. We call them and they say our sample is in. We drive out, and it's not. 180 minutes and $10.80 down the drain. They promise to call us when it comes in.
Weeks pass and they haven't called. We call and it's in. For real this time. We drive out and they've ordered the wrong tile. 270 minute and $16.20 wasted. Plus gas. But it takes a long time for the very slow and possibly stoned employee to tell us this, at one point having us wait at the desk for 20 minutes then wondering why we were there.
This time they mail us the sample plus some other finishes we looked at. One of them looks great, but of course they didn't label which sample was which so I call them to figure it out. It was hard to get a word in edgewise with the woman but eventually we decide between the honed and tumbled I want the tumbled. She assured me they would call in a week.
