Horrible! Arrived 20 minutes before bank closed; had to wait 5 minutes for two tellers to come out from back to acknowledge us. Wanted to open an account for my daughter, who is under 18, and was told they couldn't help because the person who does that went home. Told me to go online to open the account; tried that but it can't be done because she is under 18. Likelihood of getting a teenager back to the bank - slim to none. Bank of America, here we come!
