Really frustrating. I've got a small business checking account there and yes their hours are great, and I've had great service at other branches. At the Orleans branch through, I've only wasted my time. Examples:
I lost a debit card and so called to see if they could order me a new one. They told me to come right in because they could make a new one on the spot. I left work early to do that, only to lose an hour while they realized nobody knew how to use their card printer. It took them 4 days to figure it out.
Phone: an ATM deposit was recorded incorrectly, and I was shorted $1k. So I called and spoke to a rep who took all my info and assured me they would fix it and be in touch "shortly." A week later, having received no call or update, I called back. Person #1 was out, so I did it all again with person #2. Same thing, same non-results. So 2 weeks after the initial problem, I called yet again and spoke with Person #3, who took all the same info again. Ground Hog Day.
As a customer I've definitely formed the impression that this branch is a black hole, out of which comes no help and no answers.
