Super Helpful, Friendly, and Attentive
I went in to switch phones, not sure if I would be able to keep all my contacts, photos, and video, as phones were not of the same brand. But the representative was able to allow me to keep my original SIM card, and transfer over all of the previously mentioned content. At one point it got busy, and the representatives in the store made sure to keep me updated on the status of the transfers, so I never felt lost in the shuffle or forgotten. All were super helpful, friendly, and attentive. Would definitely choose this location again for further assistance.
