absolute worst customer experience of my life. I was having an issue with my phone 3 days past the return window. I was in the store and on the phone with AT&T customer service. The manager at the Square One store was telling me he couldn't help me with an exchange, the guy on the phone said he could override it if he wanted to... so I asked the manager "the guy on the phone is saying you can override it if you want to. so you can't help? or you don't want to?" to which he replied (with a shrug) "don't want to". His name is Sun for those of you who would like to avoid him. The salesman there who I heard tell multiple incorrect things to customers while i was there is named Winston. Don't deal with him either.
