Superior Shoe Repair

Worst experience ever!! I dropped off a very expensive belt that just needed a hole punched. When I went to pick it up, it was missing. I was given a lame excuse that the owner was not the one who worked on it and he would look for it. I spent 30 minutes there looking for it and it was clearly gone. It was a one of a kind belt that I was lucky enough to purchase on sale and I will never be able to replace it. Apparently the owner has never lost anything in 30 years - interesting that my designer belt was the first and only thing missing. The owner's attitude was that 'these things happen', acted like it was no big deal - my tough luck, showed no concern whatsoever, and made no commitment as to when he would attempt to find it. It remains to be seen as to whether I will get reimbursed.
