I have been a customer for many years and both the quality of goods and the service have been slipping.
The most recent corporate idiocy is the have people check out themselves ...basically we pay your premium prices and don't get any help checking out. The self serve kiosks do not work ,the do not work at all ,they have never worked ...the latest ploy seems to be removing all the check out cashiers and having everyone in the market wait in a ridiculously long line or attempt to go through the self service kisosks that don't work at all , it even a little ,they are horrible.
I left a cart with over $100 worth of groceries behind and went to Whole Foods ,the pricing is better and they actually help you .
You have lost a customer for life,I will never shop art your store again.
