In the past I was able to get in contact with the agent directly and this office was WONDERFUL and everyone was so helpful. However, it seems as though they no longer have that direct line and calling through the 800 number has ridiculous hold times! I've had to call mulitple times and just sit an wait, most times I have to hang up because I don't have the time to wait. If this agent can get their direct number back, it would be 5 stars for me. but I had to give it 2 because it's next to impossible to get through. I might be better off just stopping by the office. :)
