Worst experience ever. I went for a balayage and a rinse- meaning no hair styling, drying etc. But somehow a 1.5 hour appointment turned into a 3 hour appointment when my hairdresser cut and styled another clients hair while I was sitting in the sink. I was left for almost 45 minutes sitting with my head in the sink waiting for her. On top of this, she was not careful with the hair dye and upon leaving I saw she had gotten clumps of it on my shirt which is now discolored and stained. And after everything my hair color turned out EXACTLY the same- and my hair dresser who noticed this said “oh it’s a natural look and you’ll have to let it dry to actually see a change”. Clearly embarrassed for the long wait and disappointing results she then insisted on blow drying/straightening one section of my curly hair to “show me” the color change (which there was none and which we were both even more aware of after she straightened it). She also charged me for a $35 toner which I had not requested and was not aware I was getting. So I left $175 dollars and 3 hours later with the same exact color hair, in a half straight and half curly mess, with a ruined shirt.
